Children’s Worship September 17th,2023

Today in our Worship Center room, we will encourage the children to find the quietness inside them to listen to one of God’s stories.  One of the ways to get quiet inside is to sing. We will sign and sing Be Still and Know. Another way is to get our bodies quiet by closing our eyes and listening to the quietness.
Once there was someone who said such amazing things and did such wonderful things that people began to follow him. But they didn’t know who he was. So one day they simply asked him. And he said, “ I am the light.”  We will light the Christ candle and each child will receive a light from the Christ candle.
People who love the Light can become one with the Light.
Many have come to the Light to receive their light. But the Light is not smaller. It is still the same……. I wonder how so much light could be given away and the Light still be the same?
